El consorcio Grupo Unidos por el Canal, del que forma parte la empresa panameña Constructora Urbana, SA (CUSA), ofertó el mejor valor para el contrato de diseño y construcción del tercer juego de esclusas, el principal componente de la ampliación del Canal de Panamá.
